The Tasmanian comedian, believes strongly in the therapeutic power of laughter, and he's out to share the message.
"I always say laughter's much better than the alternative. The alternative is to dwell on everything that's negative in your life, to be angry about things, to be overly fearful or to wallow in grief," he said.
"We're always going to experience those normal human characteristics, but my message is you sort of try and deal with it, but don't wallow in it."
